A laboratory corrugating machine for producing a sample to evaluate flat crush resistance of corrugating. To determine the flat crush resistance / CMT value of a packaging or similar grade of paper
For producing a sample to evaluate flat crush resistance of corrugating medium. ‘A’ fluting rolls are heated up to 176 0C and maintained a constant temperature by Digital temperature Indicator – cum – controller.
the laboratory model provide the standard flutes as per commercial production. The flat crush resistance / CMT value is the force required to crush the flutes of the corrugated paper, the force being applied perpendicular to a plane tangential to the flutes as per standard testing conditions.
Flute type: A flute Rolls
Flute rolls: two
Number of teeth: 84 teeth
Depth of teeth: 4.75
